This is difficult to see, but Breck also curled Talia's' hair for her special birthday
Finally, I wanted to share a few of my favorite flowers at present. In the background the tall red flower is a type of lobelia that has been pretty surprising with it's height. I think it said that it was supposed to be 18-24 inches. It is a fun color and adds good lift to my bed. I also LOVE the hyssop in the foreground. They smell so wonderful, bring the humingbirds all day long, and provide such interesting airy shape.
I've also liked my rudbekia. THey are only 2 years old and the plants are huge. They are so sturdy and long lasting. I love how the flowers don't fade.

A simple zinnia. I like the little yellow in the center. I do not like how the leaves and old flowers go so brown.
