Transformation!

I'm finally getting around to posting my latest house transformation.  During the time that I was gone in Cleveland, Craig and many of our  neighborhood friends coordinated a complete transformation of our bedroom.  He painted, picked a new bedspread, chose and had pendants installed, purchased a new chair and the drapes and cushions to complete the look.  I was completely surprised upon my return and love the fresh beachy summery feel.  With Kjirsti as my dangerous partner, we decided to change the drapes to some thermal insulated ones (it gets SOOO hot in the summer) and picked up a few accessories.  Finally,we stained the furniture.  This was something we had been wanting to do for years, and somehow when Kjirsti is around I just do things.  It was a learning experience and will always bring back funny memories of my visit with Kjirsti, but I still love it.  So there you have it.  I found myself in two different stores looking for accessories and was surprised to have them remember my husband.  They commented on how hard he was trying to make things work out.  Craig is a good man who expended an incredible amount of effort to give me a fresh start and a peaceful place to retreat to.  Thank you-Craig.  I love you.
