lately we have been outside for a long time looking at the gray clouds and the dirty gray snow, and waiting for spring. I have nothing wrong with winter, don't get me wrong. I love the silvery icicles hanging off bare trees and the evergreens bright against the sparking snow. but when it stays too long like it does in winter it stretches my patience because I love spring! I love the way bright purple crocus come up , the yellow tulips and the pink blossoms on the weeping cherry brighten and cheer . I love the bright blue sky the robins singing. I love the way spring sounds.It has a certain cheery little bounce to it that lifts the spirits . I love spring! but i always have to come back to earth and realize that it is still not here yet but close. so hang in there!

Beautifully put. I love spring too.
How old is this child. She is beautiful and smart too. My tulips and daffodils and up about 12 inches now so I really am excited for more flowers to come. The finches are out and fighting over the food I have put out for them, so I love to see them again. Uncle Dan is farming now and last night we had a cirle by the freeway exit run over the stop and thru the freeway fence and wrapped itself around the light post. Today they have spent all day trying to get it put back together.
