THese are some pictures of emerald pools.
Breck threw up. There were tons of tadpoles. Everyone was hot and tired. We were tired of eating our granola bars and pretzels and apples. Our water ran out. There were lots of tame squirrels.

When we made it to the bottom after our day of hiking we basically sat in the cool rocky river for a long time just vegging and picking worry stones. We really didn't care about anything except being cool and not moving. After we pulled ourselves out of the river we waited for the shuttle bus. They were crowded and hot. On one bus ride their were a few handicapped people and one of them grabbed Landen and alarmed him. On another ride was a shirtless, long haired free spirited loud man who had no one sitting next to him. Since the bus was crowded we were asked to move back and Landen got the pleasure of sitting by him. I remember feeling like we stood out since we were a big family with little children. Most of the people on the bus were Asians and Russians. We all had red dust all over-Capriel especially.

the tubing adventure was very memorable, tali had to wear a helmet strongly resembling a bowling ball with straps. the tubes were rock hard, and if you relaxed too much, and let your bottom drop into the hole too much, you would be sorry, because there were rocks galore. i promptly flipped over and was kind of freaking out, because i did not want to be seperated from every one.

we almost all made it over the first little "water fall" that "fell" about a half of a foot .we screamed and hollered as we approached the fall, scenes of Niagara falls in a barrel haunting our minds. we all made it o.k., except for tali who was caught in between two walks suspended half way over the fall, the poor thing screamed and yelled for us to "wait", but we couldn't1 dad had the sense to grab onto a tree, and he hollered instructions to crying Talia. she got out finally, and permenently attached herself to dad's tube.

we enjoyed to cool water, and the pleasent temperature. at one point,
